Customer service is available 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (excluding bank holidays). If you leave a telephone message outside of working hours, we will return your call the next working day.
From time to time we may offer promotional codes, either on our own website or through carefully selected partners. If you have a Promo Code, please enter it at the payment stage of Check Out where it says Promo Code.
Please note, Promo Codes can expire and therefore may need to be used within a certain time frame.
If you cannot find your Order Confirmation email, please check your junk mail or spam folders. Otherwise, email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will re-send your confirmation.
If you would like to place an order by telephone please call our Customer Service Team Monday - Friday, between 10:00am and 8:00pm and Saturday to Sunday between 10:00am - 4:00pm. They can help with any questions or product information and process your order.
Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as the order has been placed. If you have ordered an engraved item or purchased a special order, the payment will also be taken at the time of ordering.
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Amex, and Paypal.
At Fashina, we take online security very seriously. At no point do we store any financial information on our servers.
We have an easy returns policy. You can return your jewellery within the UK for any reason up to 14 days after receipt (for UK & International deliveries). The jewellery item must not have been worn and must still have the security label intact. Please note, we are unable to accept returns of engraved pieces unless faulty.
